Shipping Policies

Processing Time

* Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is recieved and you will recieve a confirmation email.

* Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processd on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

*  Standard shipping is  $5.00

*  If your in the DALLAS, TX AREA ONLY and you chose customer pickup we will meet in the middle ( at a selected location) and I will give you the order you purchased.

Estimated Delivery Time

* Standard Shipping: 3-7 days

* Delivery times may very based on location and carrier.

Order Tracking 

* Tracking numbers will provide via email once your order hasshipped.

* You can track your package (insert your tracking number on carrier's website)

Shipping Carrier

* We ship using USPS.

Returns and Undeliverable Packages

* Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless error is due to our error.

* Incorrect Address if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping cost.

* Lost or stolen packages: Beauty That Slayyys is NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
